​​Administrative Support

The goals of our Administrative Support programs are to create an atmosphere of engagement and open communication that invites members to become involved in PTA activities, and to recognize the incredible efforts of our staff and teachers.  ​ At TRMS, these programs include:

• Staff Appreciation:  Our awesome volunteers organize a five-day event with treats, breakfast, lunch, and raffle prizes for the TRMS staff in appreciation for their hard work. 
• Teacher Stipend Program: Teachers & Staff who are members of the TRMS PTA are eligible for a $50 stipend which can be used for any school related project or supplies. Submit your stipend request using this form between September 9th and October 4th 2024. Closed for the 2024-2025 year. 
• Communication:  Our PTA employs numerous channels to communicate, coordinate, and collaborate to engage our parents, school, and staff:  ​Facebook, Twitter (now X), Instagram, Membership Toolkit, and this website!
• Social Media/Website Coordinator:  We are responsible for maintaining an up-to-date website and social media pages that speak to the aims and accomplishments of the TRMS PTA, encourages attendance at PTA meetings and parent involvement in PTA activities, fosters cooperation with the school in keeping families informed about school functions, and encourages engagement with the child in the home and in the school.
• Hospitality:  We organize treats (and an awesome treat cart!) a few times throughout the year for the TRMS staff. Look out for donation opportunities. Teacher and staff can complete a Faculty Favorites List to let parents and students know all their favorite things for surprises throughout the year.​
