Did you know you can DOUBLE or even TRIPLE your donation to the PTA for NO ADDITIONAL COST TO YOU? Many businesses give back to their communities by matching their employees’ contributions to non-profits, and if there are two parents whose companies participate, that can TRIPLE your donation!  If your employer has a Matching Gift program, this bonus PTA Membership donation to Taylor Road Middle School PTA can be as simple as filling out a form!
 
How do you obtain a Matching Employer Gift?

• Verify employer participation: If your employer is listed here, it is likely that they offer a Matching Gift program. If your company is not listed, check with your HR Department to see if they offer one.
• Obtain a Matching Gift form: Your employer (usually the HR Department) will provide you with the information needed to process your matching gift request. Our EIN is 58-1900496. Some corporate intranet sites allow employees to apply directly online. Others provide forms that can be printed out and mailed. If mailing your form, please address it “Attn: PTA Treasurer” and send it to 5150 Taylor Road; Johns Creek, GA 30022.
